What Is Rent-A-Broker?
Rent-A-Broker — also known as broker sponsorship — allows a licensed Texas real estate salesperson or broker-associate to hang their license under an established broker without joining a traditional franchise.

Branding Under Our Umbrella
All agents sponsored under Texas Diva of Real Estate, LLC must use the brokerage name and branding on all marketing materials, business cards, signage, social media profiles, and digital platforms.
Branding requirements remain in effect until the agent forms their own broker entity and transitions their license. At that point, a transition process applies.

Yes, all sponsored agents must hold an active Texas real estate license in good standing with TREC.
Absolutely. You bring your business — we provide the sponsorship umbrella.
The $500 onboarding fee is non-refundable as it covers administrative processing and onboarding resources.
The 5–10% recurring revenue override is a percentage of your gross commission income paid to the brokerage per transaction or on a recurring basis, as defined in your agreement.
We celebrate you! A transition fee applies ($250 for sales license, $50 for lease-only), and we'll assist you through the TREC transfer process.
